Nick and partner Brooks Borror opened CCI’s office in 2012 in downtown Honolulu. Since that time CCI has focused its business on investment sales and ground up retail developments throughout the State of Hawaii. He has extensive background in investment sales and shopping center lease negotiations with over 400 leases completed in his career. Recent investment sales CCI has participated in total over $150M. Nick’s varied background and experience in investment sales as well as complicated shopping center lease transactions, makes Nick uniquely qualified for both landlords and tenant clients alike. Currently, Nick handles leasing on all of the company shopping centers and tenant representation accounts.
